Cyber Threat Intelligence reported that the victim was targeted by fraudsters posing as representatives of Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL). The scam likely involved a fake website or a malicious link designed to harvest the victim’s personal and financial information under the guise of a legitimate service update.
According to Cyber Threat Intelligence, a case has been registered regarding the incident.
